Geoquip Marine Celebrates Success at Ground Engineering Awards 2025

Geoquip Marine is proud to announce a major achievement at the Ground Engineering Awards 2025, winning the prestigious Apprentice & Graduate Programme of the Year for our initiative, ‘Building a Geotechnical Engineer: Empowering Graduates’.

This award recognises our long-term commitment to developing the next generation of geotechnical engineers through structured learning, mentorship, and hands on experience in real projects.

Recognition Across the Board

In addition to our category win, we were Highly Commended for the Digital Innovation Award with our project “The Extractor Twins”. This initiative showcases how digital technologies can be leveraged to improve operational efficiency and data performance in ground investigation processes.

We were also honoured to be named finalists in four further categories, reflecting the strength and diversity of our team’s expertise:

  • Ground Investigation Project of the Year
  • Ground Investigation Specialist of the Year
  • Health and Safety Award
  • Rising Star Award

A Testament to Our People

These accolades highlight the dedication, innovation, and collaborative spirit that runs throughout Geoquip Marine. From our graduate engineers to our digital development teams and health and safety specialists, every part of the business contributes to driving excellence in offshore geotechnical solutions.

“We’re delighted to see our people and programmes recognised at such a respected industry event,” said Rune Olav Pedersen, CEO. “This success is the result of our shared commitment to continuous improvement, talent development, and technological innovation.”
